True North Building Thermal Assessors is a Mandurah (Western Australia) based company servicing all states and territories providing Building Codes of Australia (BCA) compliant Energy Assessments for residential and commercial properties, from corporate to individuals.

As a former director on the board of ABSA, Eddie Roe has a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as being one of the original assessors here in WA, Eddie has a keen interest in ensuring that the standards of assessing are maintained to protect the future of our industry.

This standard is reflected in our professional service that includes, electronic stamping of certified documents and compliance solutions. As well as being informative and up to date with industry changes and BCA requirements. To provide you with an efficient service we accept plans forwarded as a PDF file up to A1 size, by email.

Qualifications

True North Building Thermal Assessors is an Accredited Assessor with the Association of Building Sustainability Assessors (ABSA) No. 60003 and The Sustainable Energy Development Office (SEDO) No. WA/02/003.

We will assess your plans and help you to achieve the soon to be 6 Star rating or higher using the recommended software AccuRate™ / BERS Pro™ / FirstRate™ programs for residential Class 1 & 10a and the Energy Efficiency Part J for class 2 – 9.

The Building Codes of Australia require an energy efficiency check sheet to be filled out for local council building applications.
